Refund policy

every shirt is printed after you order it, so we do not hold stock and we cannot cancel once printing has started.

arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong. send a photo of the shirt and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund it, your choice. no need to send it back.

changed your mind. contact us within 30 days of delivery. unworn, unwashed shirts can be returned for a refund of the item price; return postage is yours. we will tell you where to send it.

your rights. nothing here limits the guarantees you have under australian consumer law or the consumer law where you live.

refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
